Full-Time & Part-Time Sales Associate
We are looking for a results-driven sales associate to join our Venice shop. Successful candidates in this role have had either bridal or high-end retail sales experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist brides who visit our shops by listening to their needs and helping them find ‘the one.’
- Provide client updates after the appointment and consistently throughout the process.
- Must become an expert on product knowledge.
- Keep sales floor clean and organized, well-merchandised and stocked.
- Provide product feedback to the designer.
- Take client measurements.
- Maintain updated client records in the CRM.
- Correspond with clients via phone, zoom, and email.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of retail sales/management experience, preferably in bridal or high-end retail.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service.
- Must be a people person, must LOVE people.
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Must be someone who hustles and have a passion for achieving results.
- Must be someone who is calm under pressure and navigates adversity with grace.
- Must know and appreciate what makes our dresses so unique!
