It echoes a past era of simpler times. The laid-back feel gives you the freedom to be yourself. You'll never want to take it off; crafted from top-notch soft crochet lace and a comfortable jersey inner lining. The train adds the right amount of drama and makes the look very bridal. This is the Dreamers & Lovers sizing chart. This chart is helpful when:

It is usual for wedding dress sizes to be different than the sizing of off-the-rack clothing you usually wear. The numbers on the tag are less important than the fit. The FIT matters.

If you are ordering a standard-sized dress and fall between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size. This is especially true when ordering a fitted dress. If you need help figuring this out, call us at 424-448-2161 or email us at [email protected].

Where are your dresses made?
Every Dreamers & Lovers dress is proudly designed, cut, and sewn in our California design studio.

Do I need a bra for my dress?
Our backless dresses have bra cups sewn in, so a bra is unnecessary. Woohoo!

Is the dress see-through?
No, our dresses are all lined. We use the nude color on some samples; that is the color. The dress is not sheer.

What is the standard size?
A standard-sized dress is made to our standard sizing on our chart. If your measurements align with a size 8, you would order a size 8.

Why choose Dreamers & Lovers to make my wedding dress?
If you are a free-spirited bride who values uniqueness and comfort, we are your wedding dress partner. Since 2012, we have been creating wedding dresses for brides like you. It’s all we do daily in our California design studio.

Can you send me a sample to try on?
Sure thing. More than 50% of our brides find us and buy online after using our home try-on service. Home try-on is genius because we are a small company, and brides love it. You can try up to three dresses at home.

  • With 1970s inspired wide bell sleeves and its relaxed silhouette, the Arabelle lace dress leaves a bride feeling confident, and, well, laid-back. Bohemian floral designed, crochet-style lace covers a detachable, super soft, stretchable jersey slip. The slip is cut simply into a tank style dress with plunging necklines in front and in back.

The detailed lace is hand trimmed purposefully with a single floral design around the plunging neck line, both in front and back. A line of hand sewn appliqués continue down the center of the back, adding a bit of structure to an otherwise free-flowing dress. The lace extends into a generous semi-cathedral length train. The Arabelle is perfect for the go-with-the flow, bohemian bride who just wants her wedding day attire to have a laid-back feel.

    (love) notes:

    • Cotton embroidered lace
    • Rayon jersey detachable slip
    • Bell sleeves
    • Floor length with semi-cathedral length train
    • Plunging neckline
    • No buttons or zippers- slip on and go
